Our services are available only to Canadian residents living in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), who are validated buyers/sellers. We do not process transactions for anybody who is not a Canadian resident and/or living outside this region.

We post our rates every morning on our social channels ONLY. We will occasionally post mid-day adjustments or market-close posts after the market has closed and during the weekend. These rates reflect market conditions and local logistical costs within Toronto/GTA. Daily market information can be found on our website.

Rates are valid until they are updated, but they are not locked in until you submit and fulfill a buy or sell request. Your rate is locked and confirmed at the time your request is fulfilled, not when it is received.

A designated in-person exchange location in the GTA. We do not offer exchanges outside the GTA.

We accept commonly recognized gold and silver forms, including:

• Bars

• Coins

• Rounds

• Select bullion products

All items must undergo verification at the time of exchange.

We use industry-standard testing methods during your appointment. We do not damage or melt or tamper with your metals.

Yes. All buy and sell requests require an appointment for verification and security purposes. This ensures safe handling and privacy for all clients. Group11 does not ship any metals nor does it accept shipped metals.

To comply with local verification requirements, we require:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License, Canadian Passport)

• Proof of residency in Toronto or the GTA

Payment options vary depending on the transaction type and the amount. Common options include:

• Interac e-Transfer

• Bank transfer

• Cash

• Crypto

Payment details will be confirmed when your request is approved.

• We confirm the live rate at the time your request is being fulfilled

Our buy and sell rates already reflect all operational and logistical costs.
